Nuby Easy Go™ Suction Bowl and Spoon Review

Today I will be sharing my review of  Nuby's  Easy Go™ Suction Bowl and Spoon set. If you travel a lot with your kids it is a must to have several storage bowls for snacks and/or meals. We don't travel or go out a ton but when we do I always pack snacks for the kids.

The bowl is a great size. Its big enough to hold cereal for older kids, a snack for toddlers, and purred baby food or oatmeal for babies. The lid fits on perfectly and snaps shut so you don't have to worry about anything falling out or spilling. My favorite part is that the lid has a compartment to hold the spoon so it doesn't get dirty or lost. If you do happen to lose the spoon I have found that the majority of the other spoons I have will fit into the compartment.

The bottom of the bowl has a suction base. You can press the bowl down on a high chair tray or table and it will stay put! There is a little tab you lift up once you are ready to remove the bowl.

The bowls are made from break resistant plastic so they will hold up! The bowl and spoon are also dishwasher/microwave safe! Things that can go into the dishwasher are a HUGE plus in my book!

Knot Genie Review and Giveaway

If your kids are anything like mine they will absolutely hate getting their hair brushed! My son has super curly, fine hair that turns into a tangled mess so easily. It really is a constant battle to brush his hair. All that changed as soon as I received the Knot Genie! Now there isn't a battle at all and my son actually enjoys brushing his OWN hair! I am amazed at how well it works. It even does a great job on my curly mess. My son has definitely inherited his curly hair form me!

Here are some tips from Knot Genie when dealing with curly hair:

- Never brush curly hair when it is dry! Brushing dry curly hair disrupts the curl pattern, making it large and frizzy. Use the Knot Genie to brush curly hair only when it is wet.

- If you love that tight "springy" look, brush your hair in the shower or bath with the Knot Genie and then simply squeeze in styling product afterwards, being careful not to re-stretch the curls.

- At night, pull your hair into a loose pony tail. Pulling the curls up or back helps contain the curls so you are not tossing them around all night.

- Consider long hair. While many people think curly, hard-to-manage hair should be cut short, often that leads to a "mushroom" look. Extra weight pulls curls down and makes them gorgeous, especially when cut with long layers.

Little Pnuts December Special Delivery Age 2

Little Pnuts is a quarterly subscription box service with four Special Deliveries each year. Each box comes with three to five toys that fit your child's age and development. My son who is 2 years old received his first Special Delivery a few days ago. I won a box from Simple City Life. I am really excited to share this great subscription box with my readers!

Here is a look inside our December box!

1) Zoo Animal Block Puzzle by HaPe. ($15.99) My son really loves this. The blocks are great for stacking as well as making different animal pictures. We have been having such a great time playing with the blocks. They are made out of wood and are top quality.

2) Tim's Building Machines Puzzle Book by Haba. ($14.99) This is a great 3 in 1 picture book! It has several great activities included.

3) Number Matching Puzzle by HaPe. ($14.99) I really love the bright colors and that it has dots to correspond with the numbers as well as pictures along the sides.

4) Clicker Clacker by Haba. ($13.99) This is definitely a very fun musical instrument! My son loves making "music" with it.

I think the Little Pnuts Special Delivery is great. The toys are super high quality and Eco-friendly. My son has had endless hours of entertainment from the toys included in our package. I will definitely be purchasing a 1 year subscription for him. I love that the box only includes toys. It will be a great way to discover great toys and have fun teaching my son new things. I will be doing separate posts for each of the toys included in our Little Pnuts Special Delivery so be on the look out!
